Our Team

Dr. Michael Lee provides a wide range of dental services to patients.  He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and extended his training with a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Buffalo. He also finished Implant training at one of the top rated course, AAID Maxi course.  He is excited to promote that healthy teeth leads to a healthy smile. He strongly believes that education and awareness about oral health is paramount in maintaining a healthy life.  ​He is also an active member of American Dental Association.

Dr. Lee is a strong Christian and attends church every Sunday with his wife and three kids. He enjoys fishing, golfing and reading.

Dr. Julie Mills joined North Chautauqua Dental in 2005.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from SUNY Geneseo.  Dr. Mills attended the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2004.  She completed a General Practice Residency program at Veteran’s Affairs Hospital of Buffalo in 2005.

Dr. Mills is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society and the 8th District Dental Society where she sits on the council as the Chautauqua County Representative.  She is a member of the Frank Spear’s dental study club. Dr. Mills is also an active member of the Dunkirk- Fredonia Rotary Club.

Outside of work Dr. Mills enjoys spending time with her husband Kevin and their three children: Benjamin, Henry and Claire.  She and her husband are avid runners having completed various half marathon and marathons.  She also has a qualifying time for the elite Boston Marathon.

Dr. Soja received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University in Philadelphia. She completed her general practice residency at Erie County Medical Center.

She is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and a Chautauqua County representative for the Eighth District Dental Society.

She resides in Hamburg with her husband and two children.

Dr. Jordan Blair joined North Chautauqua Dental in 2015. He excelled in academics, as well as athletics at SUNY Geneseo.  He was a 2-year captain for SUNY Geneseo basketball team and received the James E. Divico Memorial Award for Outstanding Leadership in Athletics. After earning his dental degree from UB School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Blair participated in a 2 Year Advanced Education in General Practice residency at NYU Lagone Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. In addition to his clinical experience, he has taken countless hours of continuing education courses to stay up to date with the advancements made in modern dentistry .

When Dr. Blair is not practicing, he enjoys coaching basketball, running and time with his family He currently resides in Orchard Park with his wife, Chelsea, and his sons and daughter.

Dr. Brittany Sheehan earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry at Canisius University. After receiving her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, she continued her education at Erie County Medical Center by completing a General Practice Residency. Dr. Sheehan is also a proud member of the American Dental Association.

Dr. Sheehan believes everyone should have a smile they are proud to show off. She is passionate about providing comprehensive care that makes the patient feel heard and comfortable in the dental chair.

When Dr. Sheehan is not working she enjoys camping, hiking and family time with her husband Alex and their two sons. She is also a big dog lover, with three Labrador Retrievers at home.

Dr. Nigar Sultana earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University at Buffalo before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2025. She then completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, where she received advanced training in comprehensive dental care. Dr. Sultana is also a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the New York State Dental Association (NYSDA).

Dr. Sultana believes every patient deserves to feel comfortable, heard, and confident in their dental care. She is committed to providing compassionate, personalized treatment while always putting her patients’ oral health and overall well-being first. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where patients feel supported and empowered to achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Sultana enjoys spending time in nature. Whether taking a walk by the lake or relaxing in her backyard, she appreciates opportunities to slow down, recharge, and enjoy the simple beauty of the outdoors.
